Leave the city behind and embark on an unforgettable gourmet journey with us.
At 4:00 PM, from Modex parking lot (Piața Operei), a bus will take you to a corner of paradise, “Crama Dealul Dorului”, in Silagiu, near Buziaș.

There, in a dream-like setting, a refined dinner awaits you, designed to indulge all your senses, a tasting of carefully selected wines, as well as a sunset that perfectly complements this magical experience.

We invite you to enjoy a menu thoughtfully crafted by our chefs for each dish.
The cold buffet will kick off the evening with a selection of traditional appetizers: local cheeses and cold cuts, complemented by international flavors.
Following this introduction, the hot BBQ buffet will take center stage with a varied selection of meats that will satisfy all tastes:
-Beef Brisket BBQ
-Pork Belly BBQ
-Pork Ribs BBQ
-Turkey Breast BBQ
For all these delights, we have chosen a perfect side dish, which, although simple, will resonate with each of the proposed specialties, namely oven-roasted garlic flavored potatoes, grilled vegetables from Tiger Fire, and crispy onion rings, complemented with Coleslaw, pickles, and sauces.
And because we are at a winery in the middle of the vineyard, the wine tasting at “Crama Dealul Dorului” will be a journey through 5 special labels:
Muscat Ottonel and Rose from the Zodiac range, fragrant and fresh, as well as Sauvignon Fumé, Merlot, and Burgundy from the Maestoso range.

All will be complemented by water and coffee for a perfect balance of flavors.

At the end of the evening around 9:30 PM, the bus will bring you back to Timișoara to the same place we departed from, but with your soul full and the taste of wine still on your lips.
