The national tour „The Smile of Music”, now in its 3rd edition, returns in the period September-October 2026, and Constanța is among the cities where the public is invited to discover another face of classical music: closer, more expressive, and, above all, capable of bringing a smile to the concert hall.

On October 2, 2026, at 7:00 PM, the National College of Arts „Regina Maria” in Constanța will host the meeting between two leading artists: soprano Teodora Gheorghiu and pianist Diana Ionescu.
