Elli Kokkinou- Greek Vibe - Extraordinary Concert
Arenele Romane Bucharest
September 5, 2026
On stage, the dancers of the Hellenic Union of Romania come up, with authentic sirtaki and kalamatianos — and they pull you with them. Yamas! flies from all sides.
It's a real Greek party, not a themed one.
And because we wanted it authentic to the end, we brought everything that means Greece on stage: Elli Kokkinou.
The legend of Greek pop. The voice you know even if you don't speak Greek. "De Ginetai" and a career of over 25 years that has marked an entire generation, from Athens to Melbourne. When she goes on the stage of the Roman Arenas, Bucharest becomes, for a few hours, the square of a village on the Aegean at midnight. With a career that began in 1998 and with a constant presence on the Greek music scene, Elli Kokkinou has established herself as one of the popular names of contemporary Greek music. The artist is recognized for her style that brings together pop and modern laika, for her strong stage presence and for the repertoire that has consolidated her relationship with the public in Greece and the diaspora.
September 5th is the Saturday in which summer refuses to give up. It's the evening when Bucharest smells of oregano and sea. It's the last stop of summer — and it's at our home.
