"The Bat" is considered the most famous operetta worldwide, composed by Johann Strauss - the son, being cataloged as "the queen of Viennese operetta"

Come and take part in a grandiose event that brings together on stage over 100 artists, stars of lyrical art, choir, ballet dancers and instrumentalists.

The show in Pitești enjoys an exceptional cast, with some of the most important lyrical artists of the moment in the main roles:

Alongside them will perform the soloists, choir, orchestra and ballet of the National Theater "Oleg Danovski" under the baton of maestro Tiberiu Oprea.

The subject in short

The story is a comedy of errors full of champagne, waltzes and farces, which takes place on New Year's Eve. It all starts with "the bat's revenge": Dr. Falke wants to pay Gabriel von Eisenstein an old prank, in which he was left drunk in public, dressed as a bat.

•    Rosalinda – his wife.
•    Adela – their chambermaid (who dreams of becoming an actress).
•    Dr. Falke – "The Bat", Eisenstein's friend.
