Stage adaptation by the masterful Gelu Colceag, after the famous screen adaptations of Anthony Schaffer and Harold Pinter – “Sleuth” (1972 and 2007) – “MORTAL GAME” brings new nuances to the perfect interpretation of Claudiu Istodor and Vlad Corbeanu.

Andrew Wyke, a successful author of detective novels in his second age, and Milo Tindle, a younger charismatic aspiring actor, embark on a “mortal game” because of a woman. The woman, Maggie, is Andrew's wife who left him for the younger lover, Milo. And when Milo arrives on the husband's territory with the request that he grant him a divorce so that he can marry her, Andrew lures him into a series of meticulously planned actions.

“MORTAL GAME” is a game of two intelligent men, a game of appearances, of egos, in which betrayal, deception, adultery and revenge intertwine with intellectual refinement and potential mortal consequences.
