In an intimate space, where the distance between actors and spectators almost disappears, the story draws closer, and the characters no longer seem merely observed, but painfully familiar.
A writer, a stripper, a photographer, and a doctor find themselves caught in an exchange of attractions, relationships, and betrayals that draw them together and destroy them in turn.
CLOSER is a play about intimacy as a battlefield, about how we use love to be seen, chosen, possessed, or saved. When does sincerity stop liberating and start destroying?
