On a terrible winter night, a little girl selling matches is left, unnoticed by those around her, with only 12 matches. Then a mysterious character appears who offers her a journey around the world: each lit match opens a new door to another corner of the globe, with its rituals, music, and dances. Along the way, the little girl discovers that wishes come true only when they are given to others, that a warm word can save a dream, and that faith and imagination can even bring a dry spring back to life. But what awaits her when the last match goes out?
The Ambassadors Musical Theatre is the only public institution for performances and concerts for children and adolescents under the subordination of the Ministry of Culture.
